Project Brief
The National Water Company owns and operates potable water storage tanks in the Briman Neighborhood and they wanted the FEED and tender documents for a direct pipeline from the Jeddah desalination plant to the storage tanks. The pipeline crosses through the city of Jeddah, a metropolitan city housing more than 4m people. The designed pipe length is 80km constructed from GRP. Due to the nature of Jeddah city, extensive underground utility surveys were conducted along the proposed route and several locations needed pipe jacking.
