Integrity and Accountability

At SGP, we hold integrity and accountability highly. We define integrity as the act of conducting ourselves in an honest and ethical way with everyone we do business with. Specifically, this means transparent communication (no smoke and mirrors, just the truth), being respectful of timelines and budgets, being up front and honest when errors occur, and taking ownership of everything we do. This applies to all levels of staff because only by being honest, and held accountable, can we progress and gain the trust of each other, our partners, customers and stakeholders.

Result Driven

We are serious about committing to deliver the results promised to our stakeholders. Failure, as a team, is not an option and we live up to the promises we made. We work hard, smart, together and put in the extra effort to get things done as expected and on time.

Constant Improvement

If one does not improve they begin to fall back. It is this mindset that drives us to continuously improve. It is easy to neglect but very important. Each SGP staff member, whether they are working in Human Resources, Engineering Design or Project Management, should adopt the attitude to continuously improve. This can be in the form of improving the work routine to a more efficient one, or identifying risks and mitigating them, or even on a more personal level by learning a new skill.

We never settle for "good enough" because good is the enemy of great. We set and exceed our own high standards, constantly raising the bar. Perfection may never be achievable but it is always the target.
