It is Skado Gocsa & Partner's for Engineering Consultancy Co.'s (SGP) mission to assist the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in becoming the region's leader in infrastructure and utility design and achieve the Kingdom's Vision 2030. It is every citizen's right to have access to state-of-the art healthcare, clean water and comfortable transportation. All of this must be undertaken with due diligence exercised towards feasibility, budgets and environmental impacts.

The Quality Policy of Skado Gocsa & Partner's for Engineering Consultancy Co. (SGP) is to be recognized as the best quality service providers for engineering, project management and FEED design; to provide technologically innovative infrastructure, water and waste water treatment solutions through engineering excellence to the different communities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while inspiring our clients, partners and employees to have the same aim; to establish and promote a philosophy throughout the company which is focused on excellence and client satisfaction; and to improve the value of our services to our clients by focusing on quality throughout all areas of our business.
To achieve the above-mentioned goals, Skado Gocsa & Partner's Engineering Consultancy Co. is committed to:

HSSE Policy
Skado Gocsa & Partners for Engineering Consultancy Co. (SGP) is committed to the personal safety and health of its employees as well as all other persons related to our works and to protect property, materials, equipment and the environment from damages and losses. To achieve these goals SGP is committed to:
- Authorize managers and supervisors to stop unsafe work or activities in order to save lives and property.
- Meeting our obligations to employees, sub-contractors and others related to our work.
- Improving site management’s commitment and following best practices to provide a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with Local and International Standards.
- Identifying hazards and evaluating risks associated with the work activities on a regular basis in order to eliminate or control risks.
- Consult and communicate with professionals, organizations and associations in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) fields to improve our performance.
- Training of all employees involved at all levels.
- Continuous improvement, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluation of Health, Safety and Environmental management system’s performance.
- Making each employee responsible to observe all health and safety rules and procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Integrate and coordinate with all departments, employees and sub-contractors to ensure that safety is the reference for preparing plans, programs decision-making and handling of works.
- Make Health, Safety and Environment compliance part of the staff's assessment and hold them accountable for non-compliance.
- Investigate all accidents and implement all recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
All managers have the responsibility to distribute and explain the Health, Safety and Environment policy and safety plan to all employees and sub-contractors. The Health, Safety and Environment policy will be implemented at all levels and periodically reviewed and revised, whenever necessary.
