COVID-19 Statement
COVID-19 has negatively impacted the socio-economic fabric of the world. The work-place is no longer the same and businesses have had to adapt to meet customer demands. At Skado Gocsa & Partner's for Engineering Consultancy Co. (SGP) we understand the risks and effects of COVID-19 exposure and have policies in place to protect our staff and customer's interest with the goal of meeting demands and having zero-impact to project schedules.
Accordingly, we have placed measures to maintain social distancing in the work place and adapted our internal business operation to the cloud - thereby allowing staff members to work remotely whenever necessary. We encourage all internal and external meetings to be virtual, unless it is deemed necessary for a face-to-face meeting. Face-to-face meetings are only held whilst maintaining appropriate social distancing in-line with local rules and regulations.
International travel is limited to a necessary basis and replaced with virtual meetings wherever possible. Local travel has been reduced to limit exposure. Furthermore, all of our staff are encouraged and supported to take the available vaccinations. If any staff member exhibits, or has been exposed to COVID-19, they are encouraged to take leave and work from home or rest as necessary.
Project Management & Supervision
Our team are available and experienced to supervise the construction of any project on your behalf. We dutifully act on your behalf to ensure the project is executed according to schedule, within the approved budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Design Services
We have a multi-disciplined set of staff available to meet all of your design needs. Our team is capable of producing tender drawings, detailed and shop drawings and documents according that meet local regulations and international codes and standards.
Asset Appraisal
Continuous appraisal of your assets is important to ensure it meets production and efficiency KPI's. With that in mind, not only can we appraise and compare the current performance against the initial design values - we also suggest methods that you can improve the assets life, production and efficiency without affecting quality.
FEED and Feasibility Studies
With the available experience we have the capabilities to prepare feasibility studies and advise you if your investment can achieve the desired results. We can also prepare the basic Front End Engineering Documents (FEED) for your subsequent use to develop detailed drawings, procurement, tendering, etc.
